If bloating worsens or heartburn develops, discontinue and evaluate other causes.

For individuals whose bloating is primarily gas-related from dietary triggers, ginger may provide partial relief but is unlikely to be sufficient as a standalone intervention without dietary modification.

As with all supplements, ginger root works best as one component of a comprehensive approach to digestive health — not a standalone solution to complex gastrointestinal dysfunction.
